OSNA is the sigh of relief you exhale when you finally come home to yourself. At OSNA, you are supported to soften through gentle, trauma-informed somatic breathwork. We honor the wisdom of the body, focusing on somatic awareness and nervous system regulation so that that each person can move toward more peace, resilience, and self‑trust.
