These fortnightly online breathwork journeys offer a shared space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself through the breath. Held from the comfort of your own home, each session invites you to step out of the pace of everyday life and into a guided experience of regulation, release, and reconnection. The group setting can bring its own kind of medicine too — a sense of being witnessed, supported, and held in community, even while you remain in your own private space.

Throughout the session, you are always in control. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and follow what feels right for your body.
No two sessions are exactly the same, but the intention is always to create a safe, compassionate space where you can meet what’s present without pressure to perform or “do it right.” You are invited to come as you are, whether you’re feeling stressed, stuck, emotionally full, or simply curious about what breathwork might offer.
This work may be supportive if you’re longing for a regular practice to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and feel more resourced in daily life. It can be especially meaningful for people who feel isolated in what they’re carrying, or who want to experience breathwork as part of a gentle, like-minded group. You don’t need any prior experience — just a willingness to arrive, breathe, and be with yourself in a new way.
